1. What the Site provides

The Site publishes a daily Hindu Panchang (tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, muhurat, choghadiya, sunrise and moon timings) and a Hindu Calendar 2026. All values are generated by astronomical calculation (Lahiri ayanamsa) and are provided for general information.

2. No professional advice

Panchang timings and festival dates can vary with locale, tradition, observation method and small astronomical differences. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for advice from a qualified priest, astrologer, or any professional (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). For rituals, vrats and ceremonies, please confirm timings with your local panchang or temple.

3. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any timing, date or festival listing is error-free or complete.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it at a rate that harms performance.
  • Do not reproduce large portions of the Site content for republication without written permission.
  • Do not use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Except where noted, the Site's text, original SVG illustrations, layout and branding are the property of Sanatan Hindu Panchang. Underlying panchang concepts (tithi, nakshatra, muhurat) are traditional knowledge and are not claimed as exclusive property. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page.

6. External links

The Site links to other websites for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any external site.

7. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertisements (Google AdSense). Advertisements are identified as such and their content is chosen by the advertiser and ad networks, not by us. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanatan Hindu Panchang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including reliance on any muhurat or timing shown.
